Join us on October 4th as we learn more about environmental science, then take a tour of the biggest water treatment plant in Minnesota. It's Election Day! Election Day is an important day in a democratic society, marking the opportunity for citizens to exercise their right to vote and choose their leaders. It's a day when the voices of the people are heard, and the direction of the government is determined. If you're interested in being directly involved in shaping public policy and serving your community, consider a career as a government official. Please join us as we speak to government officials about their careers. We will stop at the State Capital, where students will learn how citizens can get more involved in government.
